Questions

Is it really cheaper than booking direct?

Yes. Venues give us rates they don't give walk-in enquiries, because we fill their quiet nights again and again. You get that rate, plus extras we negotiate in before you sign.

Is it really free for my company?

Yes. The venue pays us a commission after your event. You pay the venue's price, which is the rate we negotiated, and nothing else.

Why are weeknights cheaper?

Venues fill Fridays and Saturdays on their own. Monday to Thursday is where they have empty rooms, so that's where they give the best rates and extras.

Do you only do weeknights?

No. Monday to Thursday is where we save you the most and where we focus, but we book Fridays, Saturdays and daytime too, at the venue's regular price.

What size of group?

From 5 to 50+ guests. Our sweet spot is 5 to 25: small teams, start-ups, clubs and student groups get the same service as big companies.

We're students or a group of friends, not a company. Can we book?

Yes. If you have a date, a headcount and a budget, we find you a room. In Zürich, Vice City starts at CHF 27 per person Monday to Thursday, and you can bring your own food and drinks.

Do you show real prices?

Yes. Every venue we recommend comes with a per-person price before you decide. No «price on request».

How fast do you reply?

A real person replies within one working day, with three venues and their prices.

Do you work in Zürich?

Yes. London is home, and we book in Zürich too. One contact for teams in both cities, with prices in pounds or francs.
